How to view shep captures

Step 1:

Navigate to the MIS console and provide your email address and password. Make sure the credentials you provided are accurate before you proceed to sign in.

Step 2:

On the menu options listed on the left side of the screen, click on “Customer Service” and select “SHEP Captures”. This will display a list of all SHEP captures.

Step 3:

Identify the SHEP capture you are looking for by navigating the list.

Click on the identified “SHEP Capture” to display its details. The SHEP Capture information displayed includes customer and service details.
