Meter Transfers

The meter transfer option simplifies the procedure for moving meters from the central store to the district store.

The process involves three different management positions :

  1. The Central Store Manager

  2. The Regional Store Manager

  3. The District Store Manager

Central store keeper

  • Central Store Keeper selects the "outbound transfer" tab.

  • Select the "Start New Transfer button" to transfer a meter to the regional store keeper.

  • Fill the form with the required information and submits.

Regional store keeper

  • Regional Store Keeper can view the meter that was transferred by the central store keeper in the "inbound transfers" tab.

  • Regional Store Keeper selects the outbound transfer tab

  • Select the "Start New Transfer button" to transfer the meter to the district store keeper.

  • Fill the form with the required information and submits.

District store keeper

  • District store keeper can see the transferred meter in the "inbound transfers tab".
