The functionality of the Activity Logs Tab encompasses the management of diverse tariff classes that have been sanctioned and are employed by the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG).
A tariff class can be searched via:
1. Code
2. Name
3. Description
By selecting the "Add New Tariff Class" option, users can include a new tariff class.
Input the particulars of the new tariff class and proceed by selecting the "Add Tariff Class" button.
To change a specific tariff class, select the "Pencil" icon corresponding to that class. Afterwards, input the necessary information and click on "Edit Tariff Class" to confirm the modifications.
To compute a bill, select the "Calculator" icon linked to your preferred tariff class. Then, provide the required details to simulate the bill calculation.
For a detailed view of a particular tariff class, click on the” eye” icon.
In the event that a specific tariff class lacks configuration, users can click on the "view" icon, followed by the settings icon, to establish an active instance configuration.
