How to resolve Installation Service Orders by FOCs and Installers

Download and open the latest version of the Zeus mobile application
Enter your staff or phone number in the provided field and tap the “Sign in” button to access your estimator account.
You will be introduced to the Home tab, which provides a visual representation of key statistics. Swipe left to explore additional data sets for different categories.
A menu bar is located at the bottom of the screen for quick access to specific information.
Tap "Customers" from the menu bar to view customer details.
Tap "Meters" to access information related to meters.
Additional options can be found by tapping "More" in the menu bar.
Tap "More" on the menu bar located at the bottom of the screen. From the expanded menu options, select "Installations".
Swipe left within the expanded menu to reveal more options.
The installation screen has the following tabs:
Pending which shows installation assigned to you that have yet to begin.
In Progress which displays installation you've started working on but still need to complete.
Completed which lists the installation you've finished and submitted.
Disapproved which shows installations that have been resolved but disapproved by the DTO.
Offline which includes completed installation that couldn't be submitted due to challenges with the network.
From the list of installations displayed under the Pending tab, identify the one you want to resolve. You can search for the order in the search field at the top of the screen by using the name of the customer or the customer’s phone number.
Tap on the installation order you want to resolve. Installation details comprising the service request information and property information will be displayed.
Below the installation details are the phone and navigate buttons. Press the “Phone” icon at the bottom of the screen to display the customer’s phone number. Tap the “Navigate” icon to get directions to the installation premise.
To begin work on the inspection order, press the “Start Work” button below the phone and navigate icons.
Fill out the meter information form by providing inputs into the field and selecting the right options. Tap the “Next” button at the bottom of the screen to proceed.
Fill out the material information form. Enter the appropriate quantity of the material you will need for this task. You may provide additional notes. Tap “Next” to proceed or “Previous” to move a step back.
Confirm that all information shown on the preview screen is accurate, if not press the previous button to go back to make changes. Press the “Submit” button once the information is confirmed to be precise.
