Replacement Orders
The "Replacement Orders" tab presents a comprehensive list of all replacement orders for the contractor per the selected district.
The “All orders” list presents all replacement orders regardless of their status.
The pending list shows the pending replacement SOs. These can be assigned individually from this page or assigned in bulk by downloading the work order file and uploading once completed.
The “assigned” tab presents all replacement orders assigned to Farming Out Contractors (FOCCs) and their status.
The “completed” tab shows the resolved replacement SOs that have been duly executed and resolved by the assigned FOCC.
The “Prepayment Sync” tab shows the list of replacements that have synched to MMS and their status.
The “Work Order Shipments” tab shows a list of work order files uploaded into the system by the various users under the contractor’s company. Details of these work orders are available.
Work orders that failed to be assigned by the system are also available for download here.
The “Download Pending Orders” button allows you to download the list of pending replacement orders for the selected district.
After successfully downloading the file, complete the remaining columns and save.
Click the “Upload Work Orders” button to upload the file for the automatic assignment to the various farming out contractors.
