Customers visit the district offices for various reasons. Key reasons for which customers visit the district offices include:
Making enquiries about their service with ECG (Request bills, Statements, etc.)
Making general enquiries
Reporting problems
Making payment for services, etc.
To view the details of a customer, you have to follow these steps.
Step 1:
Click on the customer's menu labelled "Customers" on the left sidebar of the application.
Step 2:
Search for the customer by using any of the search parameters made available. You may search by Phone Number, Customer Number, Account Number, Service Point Number, Geo Code, and Meter Number.
Step 3:
Click on the required record to see a detailed view of the customer's information
