To create a new service request, you have to follow these steps.
Step 1:
Click on the service requests menu labelled "Service Requests" on the left sidebar of the application.
Step 2:
Click on the “New Service Request” button at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3:
Fill out the form with the required information about the request being made. The required details are:
Request Category (Standard/Express/Premium)
Service Type (New Service / Separate Meter / Additional Load)
Customer Personal Details (Individual / Company)
Customer Identity Details (Documentation Upload)
Property Information (Ownership, Contact, Location, Address)
Service Information (Service Class, Service Type, Energy Commission Certificate)
Step 4:
Preview all details provided to be sure they are all accurate. The processing fee is tied to the supplied customer phone number, and it is auto-triggered. It is therefore important to pay particular attention to the phone number.
Step 5:
Save the request details to generate a request number (eg. 54KB20230024), and a non-energy invoice (Application Fee), with the description “Application Fee for Service Request 54KB20230024.”, which will be available on the staff portal for customers to pay.
