Requisitions
The Requisition feature enables district or regional store managers to make requests for the materials they require.
The process involves three different management positions :
The Central Store Manager
The Regional Store Manager
The District Store Manager
District store keeper
District store manager selects the "Outgoing Requisition" tab.
Select the "Start New Requisition button"
Fill the form and submits the requisition
Regional store keeper
Regional store manager selects the "Incoming Requisition" tab to view the request made by the district store manager.
Regional Store manager approves or rejects a requisition.
Regional store managers can also "Start a new requisition" but do not have the power to approve or reject the requisition they created.
Central store keeper
The Central Stores Manager has the authority to either approve or decline a requisition generated by either a district or regional store keeper.
