How to view all customers with its statistics
Step 1:Login
Navigate to the MIS console and provide your email address and password. Make sure the credentials you provided are accurate before you proceed to sign in.
Step 2:Summary
On the menu options listed on the left side of the screen, click on “Customer Population” and select “All Customers”. This will bring up the summary tab, which shows the statistics for customers over a specified period.
The user can apply filters by clicking on the filter icon and choosing the desired parameters. Data can be filtered by categories, service type, contract status, customer type, tariff class, or meter system. To apply the selected filters, click the "Update Filter" button. To clear all filters, click the "Clear All" button.
A user can choose to export the data to pdf by clicking on the export to pdf or export to excel by clicking on the export to excel button.
Step 3:Contract Statuses
The contract statuses section displays customer statistics categorized by their contract status.
The user can apply filters by clicking on the filter icon and choosing the desired parameters. Data can be filtered by categories, service type, contract status, customer type, tariff class, or meter system. To apply the selected filters, click the "Update Filter" button. To clear all filters, click the "Clear All" button.
A user can choose to export the data to pdf by clicking on the export to pdf or export to excel by clicking on the export to excel button.

Step 4:Categories
The categories section presents customer statistics organized by their specific category.
The user can apply filters by clicking on the filter icon and choosing the desired parameters. Data can be filtered by categories, service type, contract status, customer type, tariff class, or meter system. To apply the selected filters, click the "Update Filter" button. To clear all filters, click the "Clear All" button.

Select the customer data tab to view the list of customer records. Identify the customer record you are looking for by navigating the list. A user can choose to export the data to excel by clicking on the export to excel button.
