How to view dashboard data on MIS

Step 1:

Login to the MIS console by visiting mis.subsenterprise.com. Navigate to the MIS console and provide your email address and password. Make sure the credentials you provided are accurate before you proceed to sign in.

Step 2:

The Dashboard of the MIS console presents a list of menus.

• Dashboard

• Customer Population

• Contracting Trend

• Customer Service

Step 3:

The Dashboard menu displays various menus

• Customers by Services

• Customers by Meter types

• Replacements by reasons

• Pending Inspections

• Customer Complaint Summary

• Customers Summary

• Customers by categories

• Customers by tariff classes

• Customer Data

• Replacements by types

• Pending installations

• Customers by status

• Customers by service class

• Customers by customer types

• Replacements Summary

• Replacement data

• Hassle free report

To view reports on any of these menus , Click on View Report below the particular report you wish to view
