How to Perform Pre-Installation Survey

To get into the SLT Console, you'll need to log in with the right details. First, go to slt.subsenterprise.com. Then, type in your email and password. Just ensure your email and password are correct to get in without problems.
Once you have logged in successfully, you will see a dashboard and a menu on the side. Locate the "Service Requests" tab in the menu and click on it. This will display all the service requests that have been created.
To easily find a service request, you can make use of the search feature. You can search for a service request via:
Code
RepresentativeName
RepresentativePhoneNumber
RepresentativeGhanaCardNumber
RepresentativeIdentityCardNumber
Click on the expand icon next to the service request you wish to conduct the pre-installation survey for.
Because the service request has already been paid for, the system will automatically take you to the Pre-Installation Survey stage.
The Pre-Installation Survey information is made up of four sections. Data entry is required for the first three sections as this information will be useful for the installation stage. The final section allows the user to see a summary of the information they entered to ensure accuracy and completeness
Enter the location information and the premise information.
Select the right premise type and activity that applies to the customer’s property.
Upload the premise image, site plan and design images.
Ensure that all documents and images are successfully uploaded before proceeding.
Provide the information about the customer's demand.
Upload an image on the Transformer Test results.
Ensure that all documents and images are successfully uploaded before proceeding.
Upload the images of the bill of lading and customer’s receipt of supplied materials .
Enter the customer supplied materials, ECG supplied materials and supplementary charges.
Enter any additional information in the notes text area.
Ensure that all documents and images are successfully uploaded before proceeding.
When all of the information has been entered successfully, the preview page is displayed.

If there is a need to edit anything, click the “edit” button under each section to update it.
If the information provided is accurate, click “Submit” to complete the pre-installation survey
