Spot & General Billing Console
The left-hand side of the console features a menu list.
The first item which is the landing page of the DCO system is the dashboard. This dashboard shows statistics on the state of readings within the district for a selected period.
The dashboard statistics can be filtered by day, month or a custom date range.
The statistics are grouped into the following categories;
Consumption & Billing: This section of statistics shows the information on how much power has been billed in Ghana Cedis(GHS) and in kilowatt-hours(KWh) for the selected period.
Meter Engagements: This group of statistics shows the total number of bills generated, total anomalies reported, total exceptions reported, as well as the total meter engagements for the selected period.
Access & Traces: This section shows statistics of no trace and unlisted meters encountered by meter readers for the selected period.
Meter Readers: This section simply shows the count of active and inactive meter readers each day.
The reader's overview shows the details of active meter readers for the district each day.
