This section shows the list of all ECG operational regions for user reference.
This section shows a list of all ECG operational districts within the user's region. This section is for reference only.
The blocks within the user's district are displayed here. The user is able to view the details of the block by clicking th view icon and also expand the block to see the list of itineraries within that block.
The itineraries section displays a list of itineraries within the district. For each itinerary, the user is able to view the details of the itinerary by clicking the view icon.
The user is also able to configure an itinerary by clickong the configure icon. Under configuration, the user can set the default start and end days of the itinerary for each cycle as well as select a default meter reader for the itinerary. This configuration may be updated when necessary.
The user is also able to go into the details of each itinerary by clicking the goto icon. This opens up the itinerary to reveal the list of properties within that itinerary.
The properties list shows a list of all properties within the district. Each property may be viewed in detail by clicking the view icon.
For each property, the user may update the address and GhanaPost GPS address by clicking the edit icon and updating the provided fields.
The tariffs page is a reference page for all the active tariff classes for each period. Each active tariff record has a tariff calculator. This feature allows users to enter previous can current readings of a customer and select a date range to get an instant calculation of the expected bill for the set parameters. To access the tariff calculator, click the calculate icon as shown in the image below.
