How to Change Customer Name by Manager
Step 1: Log in
To access the Management Console, please visit analytics.subsenterprise.com. Once there, provide the necessary email and password credentials to log in. Ensure that you enter the correct email and password before attempting to log in.
Step 2: Service Points
To begin, locate the "Service Point Tab" on the side navigation bar and click on it. From the list of available service points, you can search for a specific service point by using criteria such as "Customer Number", "Account Number", "Service Point Number", "Geo Code", or "Meter Number".
Once you've found the particular service point that requires a tariff update, click on it to proceed.
Step 3: Update Customer
After the customer's details pop up, click on the "Update Customer" button located below. This will allow you to make any necessary updates or modifications to the customer's information.
Step 4: Update Customer Options
When you click on the "Update Customer" button, a list of actions will pop up. From this list, select "Update Identity" to proceed with updating the customer's identity information.
This action will enable you to make any necessary changes or updates to the customer's identity details.
Step 5: Update Name (Identity) & Save Changes
To update the customer's identity information successfully, follow these steps:
Select "individual" from the drop-down menu to indicate that you are editing the customer's name.
Provide the new name in the designated field.
Once you have entered the new name, click on the "Save Changes" button to complete the process.
This will update the customer's identity information with the new name you have provided.
