Step 1: Log In

Step 2: Service Points

CommentClick on ServicePoints under the Service Points section on the menu pane. You can search for a service point via:Comment

  • Customer NumberComment

  • Account NumberComment

  • Service Point NumberComment

  • Geo CodeComment

  • Meter NumberComment

Step 3: Selection of customer

CommentIf you wish to terminate a customer, you can either select them from the list or you can search for them and select them from the search results.CommentComment

Step 4: Terminate Customer

If you wish to terminate a customer, click on Update Customer to see a list of options and select terminate from the list of options you see.

Step 5: Termination Information

Provide the details to terminate the service point. Provide the following information:

  • Select the reading date

  • Enter the reading value

  • Provide the reason for termination
