How to update a customer

Step 1: Log In

Sign into Management Dashboard with your email and password

Step 2: Service Points

Click on ServicePoints under the Service Points section on the menu pane. You can search for a service point via:

  • Customer Number

  • Account Number

  • Service Point Number

  • Geo Code

  • Meter Number

Step 3: Selection of customer

If you wish to update the contact of a customer, you can either select them from the list or you can search for them and select them from the search results.

Step 4: Update Contact

If you wish to update the contact of a customer, click on Update Customer to see a list of options and select Update contact from the list of options you see.

Step 5: Update Contact Information

Provide the details to update customer contact information.Provide the following information:

  • Customer information

    • Primary Phone Number(*)

    • Extra Phone Number 1

    • Extra Phone Number 2

    • Email Address

  • Payee information

    • Full Name

    • Phone Number(*)

    • Extra Phone Number 1

    • Extra Phone Number 2

    • Email Address

  • Update Reason

    • The user must provide a reason for why he or she is making changes to a customer’s contact.

Fields with asterisk(*) are compulsory.

Click on save changes.
