Step 1: Log In

Sign into Management Dashboard with your email and password

Step 2: Service Points

Click on Service oints under the Service Points section on the menu pane. You can search for a service point via:

  • Customer Number

  • Account Number

  • Service Point Number

  • Geo Code

  • Meter Number

Step 3:Selection of customer

Select the customer who you wish to restore.

If a former customer of ECG wishes to use the services of ECG again, a reconnection order must be created. Restoring a customer on the management dashboard is the first step in the restoration process.

Step 4: Restore Customer

If you wish to restore a customer, click on Update Customer and select restore

Step 5: Restoration Reason

Please specify the reason you would like to restore the customer, and click on save changes when you are finished.
