How to update a customer's identity

Step 1: Log In

Sign into Management Dashboard with your email and password

Step 2: Service Points

Click on ServicePoints under the Service Points section on the menu pane. Click on ServicePoints under the Service Points section on the menu pane. You can search for a service point via:

  • Customer Number

  • Account Number

  • Service Point Number

  • Geo Code

  • Meter Number

Step 3:Selection of customer

If you wish to update the identity of a customer, you can either select them from the list or you can search for them and select them from the search results.

Step 4: Update Identity

If you wish to update the identity of a customer, click on Update Customer to see a list of options and select Update identity from the list of options you see.

Step 5: Identity Information

Provide the details to update customer identity information. Provide the following information:

  • Customer information

  • Representative information

  • Representative’s Contact Information

  • Identity type information

  • Reason for the customer identity update

  • Supporting documents to support the reason

Click on save changes
