How to suspend a customer

Step 1:Log In

Sign into Management Console with your email and password

Step 2: Service Points

Click on ServicePoints under the Service Points section on the menu pane.

You can search for a service point via:

  • Customer Number

  • Account Number

  • Service Point Number

  • Geo Code

  • Meter Number

Step 3: Selection of customer

If you wish to suspend a customer, you can either select them from the list or you can search for them and select them from the search results.

Step 4: Suspend Customer

If you wish to suspend a customer, click on Update Customer to see a list of options and select suspend from the list of options you see.

Step 5: Suspension Information

Provide the details to suspend the service point. Provide the following information:

  • Select the suspension type

  • Select the reading date

  • Enter the reading value

  • Enter the reason for suspension
